• Size 13 (9mm) circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
• Size 11 (8mm) circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
• 45" x 66" piece of fabric, washed and pressed
• Sewing needle and thread to match fabric
• Sharp-end tapestry needle
• Blunt-end tapestry needle
• Large safety pins
